Privacy Policy
Effective September 3, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how p3s AI Video Studio handles information when you use the local application and its optional TikTok publishing integration.
1. Information we process
The application may process project content that you provide or generate, including scripts, prompts, images, audio, captions, and video files. When you connect TikTok, the application may process OAuth authorization data, basic authorized-account information, video publishing requests, and the status of those requests.
2. How information is used
Information is used only to operate requested features: preparing video projects, maintaining the local production workflow, authenticating the account you select, publishing a video after your explicit confirmation, providing support, and protecting the service from spam, abuse, and duplicate content.
3. Local processing and storage
p3s AI Video Studio is designed to run locally. Project files and application configuration remain on the environment where you run the application unless you deliberately send content to a selected third-party provider or publish it to TikTok. You are responsible for securing that environment and its backups.
4. TikTok authorization
The TikTok connection uses OAuth. The application publishes only to the account you authorize and only after an explicit publication confirmation. It does not automate likes, comments, follows, direct messages, or engagement behavior. You can revoke access through your TikTok account settings.
5. Third-party services
Features you choose may send the minimum required content to TikTok or to AI and media providers that you configure. Those providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not sell personal information.
6. Retention and deletion
Locally stored content remains under your control and can be removed from your local installation. Authorization data is kept only as needed to maintain the connection or until access is revoked or deletion is requested. See our Data Deletion Instructions.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical controls intended to protect authorization data and limit publishing to confirmed requests. No storage or transmission method is completely secure, so users should keep their local device, credentials, and dependencies updated.
8. Children
The application is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
9. Changes
We may update this policy as the product or applicable requirements change. The effective date above identifies the latest version.
10. Contact
