These Terms govern your use of p3s AI Video Studio. By using the application, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

p3s AI Video Studio is a local AI-assisted video production application that can create scripts, images, narration, captions, and MP4 files. It may connect to services selected and configured by the user, including TikTok through OAuth.

2. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the content you provide, generate, and publish; the accounts and provider credentials you connect; the security of your local installation; and compliance with applicable laws, intellectual-property rights, platform rules, and community guidelines.

3. Publishing controls

The application publishes only to the TikTok account you authorize. Publication requires explicit user confirmation. You must review the final video, caption, audience, and account before confirming. The application must not be used to automate likes, comments, follows, direct messages, or deceptive engagement.

4. Prohibited use

You may not use the application to publish unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, abusive, misleading, or harmful content; evade platform safeguards; impersonate others; distribute malware; or generate spam and materially duplicate content. Built-in anti-spam and duplicate-content controls must not be bypassed.

5. AI-generated output

AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable. You must review output before use or publication and obtain all necessary permissions for people, brands, music, images, voices, and other protected material.

6. Third-party platforms

Your use of TikTok and other configured providers is also governed by their terms and policies. Availability of third-party features may change. p3s AI Video Studio is independent and is not official, affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok.

7. Availability and warranties

The application is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every provider, or any particular publishing result.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the application, generated content, third-party services, or publication decisions.

9. Suspension and termination

Access to an integration may be limited or terminated when necessary to protect users, comply with law or platform requirements, or address abuse. You may stop using the application and revoke connected-account access at any time.
